Official Launch of Another Spring by Terry Folks

COMOX, BC — March 13, 2026

Clipston Publishing is pleased to announce the upcoming launch of Another Spring: A Year of Self Therapy and Spiritual Practices for Every Woman by Comox Valley psychotherapist and author Terry Folks.

The book will officially launch on March 20, 2026, aligning with the Spring Equinox, a symbolic moment of renewal, balance, and transformation.

You can get your pre-launch copy on Amazon: Click here for Canada. Or here for the USA.

Another Spring is a year-long guide to healing and personal growth structured around the natural rhythm of the seasons. Drawing from decades of clinical practice and lived experience, Terry Folks invites readers into a compassionate approach to self-therapy that honours women’s innate capacity for reflection, healing, and change.

Organized into the four seasons of Winter, Spring, Summer, and Autumn, each chapter opens with a “Dear Ms. Terry” letter—a fictionalized client inquiry inspired by the kinds of questions women have brought to her private practice over the years. These letters become the starting point for exploring themes such as:

  • emotional regulation

  • grief and addiction

  • trust and intuition

  • balance and freedom

  • connection to self and others

Grounded in feminist-informed psychotherapy and spiritually integrated practice, the book encourages women to recognize that the wisdom they seek already lives within them.

Through gentle guidance, reflective practices, and thoughtful insight, Another Spring offers readers a steady companion for inner growth across the turning of the seasons.

The book launch will be celebrated with a live online event on March 20, 2026, where Terry Folks will share insights from the book and discuss the deeper inspiration behind her work supporting women’s healing journeys.
