We are thrilled to introduce you to Pam Rader, a compassionate leader, author, and our partner in the transformative project, "Healing Mind, Body, & Soul: Recovering from the Trauma of Addiction." Teaming up with Teena Clipston, Pam brings a wealth of experience, expertise, and unwavering dedication to guiding individuals on their journey to healing and recovery.
Pam's own journey of resilience and transformation serves as a powerful testament to the human spirit's capacity for growth and renewal. Faced with adversity, including surviving abusive relationships and witnessing her son's battle with opioid addiction, Pam refused to be defined by her circumstances. Instead, she embarked on a path of self-discovery, empowerment, and ultimately, healing.
Through her memoir, "Through the Cracks," Pam courageously shares her deeply personal story of overcoming trauma and finding hope in the midst of despair. Her words resonate with authenticity and compassion, offering solace to those grappling with their own struggles.
In addition to her personal journey, Pam is the founder of "Loving Your Addict," a support group dedicated to helping families affected by addiction find strength, support, and guidance. Through her leadership, Pam provides a safe space for individuals to share their stories, connect with others, and receive the support they need to navigate the challenges of addiction.
"Healing Mind, Body, & Soul: Recovering from the Trauma of Addiction" is a powerful compilation book that sheds light on the journey of healing from the trauma of addiction. Featuring authors who courageously share their personal experiences, the book offers a diverse range of perspectives—from family members navigating the impact of addiction to individuals on their own path to recovery. Published by Clipston Publishing, this book will be available at bookstores worldwide and online through Amazon, making its message of hope and transformation accessible to a global audience.
To mark its release, a special book launch celebration will be held in Kelowna, BC, featuring guest speakers who will explore solutions to the opioid crisis and homelessness in BC and throughout Canada. "Healing Mind, Body, & Soul" promises to be a beacon of light for those seeking healing and inspiration in the face of the trauma of addiction.
Together, we can inspire healing, ignite hope, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
