Finish That Book! is a guided accountability group created for writers who are ready to move their book from draft to done. This is a focused, supportive space designed to build momentum, clarity, and follow-through—without pressure or perfectionism

The goal is simple:
get your book across the finish line.
How the Group Works
Finish That Book! is built around a clear, repeatable framework that helps writers stay accountable and make consistent progress.

Sessions are held bi-weekly, with two sessions per month, except during major holidays

Meetings are held live on Zoom

Sessions are not recorded to protect privacy and encourage open sharing

This schedule is designed to keep you writing, accountable, and moving forward—without burnout or overwhelm.

This is a private, trust-based group.

Our 7-Step Pledge
Step 1: Declare the Book
I clearly state what book I am writing, what stage it’s in, and what “finished” means for me.

Step 2: Define the Finish Line
I commit to a realistic word count, general timeline, and format so my book has a clear endpoint.
​
Step 3: Commit Publicly
I show up to sessions prepared to share what I’ve completed and to state my next writing commitment.
​
Step 4: Read the Work
I am willing to share short excerpts of my work to build clarity, confidence, and momentum.
​
Step 5: Receive Guided Feedback
I remain open to constructive, forward-focused feedback that helps me move my book ahead.

Step 6: Identify the Block
I take responsibility for naming what is truly getting in my way and addressing it honestly.
​
Step 7: Take the Next Clear Action
I leave each session with a specific, achievable writing commitment before the next meeting.

Prototype Group – Coming Soon
This group will launch first as a prototype.

Participants receive two months of complimentary access during the prototype phase

The prototype allows the structure, pacing, and format to be refined before we open the ongoing membership group
